We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented professional in Sales Performance & Strategy to lead initiatives that drive measurable sales growth, streamline sales processes, and align performance with our long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies

    to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance across the organization.
  • Analyse key sales metrics

    and performance data to identify trends, recommend actionable insights, and continuously optimize sales activities.
  • Set and manage ambitious sales targets

    in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and market trends.
  • Design and implement sales process improvements

    to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Develop sales forecasting models

    to drive accurate predictions and align resources with projected growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

    (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize sales execution.
  • Establish and nurture a performance-driven culture

    within the sales team by introducing new tools, training programs, and clear accountability measures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).


Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, performance management, or operations (SaaS or Fintech experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and optimizing sales processes at a senior level.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
