Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our footprint within the enterprise segment. You will leverage your strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong relationship-building skills to secure partnerships with key decision-makers in large enterprises. Responsibilities: Prior Experience of handling a Team will be preferred Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market, targeting large-scale businesses that align with LimeTray’s solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders within target enterprises, thoroughly understanding their business needs to position LimeTray’s offerings effectively. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline with a focus on accurate forecasting and timely progression of deals. Implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business goals. Explore and establish strategic partnerships that enhance LimeTray's market presence. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline health, and customer engagement. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales performance. Requirements Proven track record in enterprise sales within the B2B SaaS industry, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives and decision-makers. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to craft and execute complex sales strategies in a competitive environment. Experience – Experience in the field sales, cold calling, lead generation of more than 2 years is mandatory. Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analysis. Communication- Effective communication and convincing skills needed (both English and vernacular) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement software. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and represent LimeTray at industry events.
