Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist (APAC) Location: Remote (APAC Region) Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations Industry Preference: Tech / IT / SaaS TOP MBA grads with Min 3 years into Sales Operations / RevOps shall be considered! About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to support our fast-paced and growing operations across the APAC region. This role is remote and ideal for someone with a background in RevOps or Sales Ops at companies like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other high-growth B2B tech organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of revenue processes, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities  Support Sales & Revenue Operations across the APAC region, ensuring seamless alignment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.  Optimize CRM processes, pipelines, and workflows (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to drive data accuracy, reporting, and forecasting.  Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies in lead management, deal progression, and territory management.  Build and manage dashboards and performance metrics for sales leaders to support strategic decisions.  Implement and maintain sales tools, working with vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize adoption and ROI.  Partner with leadership to design and execute quarterly planning, sales incentive plans, and go-to-market strategies.  Ensure data governance and hygiene across all systems and teams.  Act as the APAC point of contact for global RevOps initiatives, tailoring them to regional needs. Qualifications & Experience  5–7 years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.  Experience working in high-growth Tech, IT, or SaaS companies is highly preferred.  Strong hands-on expertise with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.  Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).  Experience supporting remote and cross-functional teams across multiple countries or regions, especially within APAC.  Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment. Preferred Attributes  Familiarity with sales planning, quota setting, and compensation design.  Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.  Experience working in distributed global teams and multicultural environments.
