The Opportunity:
A Reporting Analyst would be diligently working with the stakeholders to understand their objectives and prepare reports, projects, automation based on their need. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to translate reporting requests to accurately meet the actual information and deadline needs of the business.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced excel reporting, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, dashboard creation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- For reports in a business or organizational context, it's important to engage with stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and ensure that the report meets their needs.
- Unyielding integrity and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with data extraction and transformation processes.

- Analyze data and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner.
- Produce customer insights as expected from the stake holder with utmost quality and quick turnaround time.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance reporting capabilities for the team.
- Monitor data quality and address any data-related issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Establish data governance processes and protocols to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to reporting tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Present reports and findings to stakeholders, explaining complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
