Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

6+ years of professional Python development experience
Design, develop, test, and deploy reliable backend services using Python
Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to define and implement new features
Integrate server-side logic with user-facing components developed by frontend engineers
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across distributed services
Write clean, efficient, reusable code with clear documentation and strong test coverage
Deep expertise in at least one Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Solid understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and microservices architecture
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an Agile development environment
Working knowledge of JavaScript and frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
Experience with machine learning or data engineering workflows
Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in developer communities
