Role Description Job Title: Program Manager – Software Delivery & PIM Solutions Job Summary Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects or portfolios with TCV rangin, ensuring successful delivery of scope within agreed timelines and budgets. Lead cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and drive high-quality outcomes aligned with customer satisfaction and business goals. Strong emphasis on Product Information Management (PIM), system integration, and Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, scope management, resource estimation, budgeting, and schedule management to deliver projects on time, within cost, and at high quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues. Implement and govern Agile software delivery methodologies, managing sprint velocity, defect management, and quality assurance. Anticipate and mitigate risks by developing contingency plans and governance models. Lead technical teams, including third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to best practices in PIM, SDLC, and cloud-based SaaS integrations. Oversee configuration, test, and defect management activities, driving continuous improvement. Drive profitability analysis, pricing strategy input, and knowledge management initiatives to support organizational goals. Foster team development by mentoring, assessing skills, and supporting career growth. Guide solution structuring and customer presentations, including defining Win Themes and POCs. Required Skills & Experience Proven project/program management experience with deliverables between, preferably in software and SaaS environments. Strong knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) concepts and enterprise PIM systems (Riversand and/or STIBO STEP preferred). Experience managing system integration projects involving APIs, data mapping, and SaaS customization. Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) principles, data governance, and cloud services. Solid leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate diverse technical teams and vendor partners. Experience in risk, quality, and defect management within software projects.
