Job Summary:
As a Product Analyst in the RSAR Team, you will be tasked with responsibilities ranging from automation to in-depth data analysis to address business challenges. You will manage high-priority projects involving auditors, lines of business, and internal teams, requiring strong stakeholder management and attention to detail. The role provides extensive learning opportunities and insights into the regulatory services sector, with activities governed internally and externally.
Job Responsibilities
- Write Business Requirement Document (BRD) effectively and ensure smooth collaboration with developers and partners.
- Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on data used in Monitoring reports to guide developers when required.
- Assist in writing use cases for program testing and perform root cause analysis for issues identified in testing and vetting.
- Manage the Evergreen Process to ensure reports stay current.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and developers on issues identified.
- Perform testing of the developed solution by following the approved test approach/methods and take ownership of assignments.
- Perform code to business requirement validation.
- Write queries and run frequencies to validate population and output files.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Proficient in managing business requirements and drafting Business Requirement Documents in the Reg Ops format.
- Skilled in executing various testing types, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Capable of effectively identifying and framing problems, utilizing tools and knowledge to explore multiple solutions, and selecting the most feasible one.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audience levels.
- Ability to quickly and objectively analyze issues, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to raising questions and seeking clarification.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to independently research and resolve issues while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Preferred experience in business requirements, procedures, and documentation.
- Preferred experience in Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one key tool or skillset, such as Alteryx, SAS/SQL, Tableau, Python, AWS, ML, or Data Analytics.
- Preferable expertise in the banking domain and flexibility in schedule and shifts based on project and business needs.
