Qualification:

• Require a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership skills.
• A strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often a prerequisite, along with 13+ years of experience in IT, starting from Backend/Full Stack experience to leading teams and Architecting solutions.
• Prior experience in roles like software development, system engineering, IT project management, or solution architecture is crucial
• Strong understanding of various technologies, including cloud computing, networking, security, databases, and software development frameworks.
• Good functional understanding of Retail Branch Banking or ability to quickly pick it up is essential.
