Our team, Security Services & Engineering is seeking a Principal SWE Manager who brings in deep technical and problem-solving skills, and can lead a fast-paced team, build large scale system, drive critical design initiatives, be accountable for delivery and take part in strategic and tactical decisions.   Proficient working knowledge of cloud-computing environments like Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP - Azure preferred.
• Experience with web service development and familiar with related technologies.
• Experience with building microservices using DAPR, Containers and gRPC.
• Experience building applications with enterprise scale, reliability, and resilience.
• Knowledge of Power BI, including the ability to design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to define, design and implement telemetry and proactive monitoring for the services to run the operations efficiently in production environments.
• Experience implementing feature flags and experimentation.
• Familiar with modern security models like OAuth and token-based authentication and authorization.
• Experience building and shipping production grade software or services.
• Experience using agile methodologies or test-driven development (TDD).
