Job Description Developing data-based strategies for taking risk decisions. Build Real-time business performance dashboards to ensure that we can measure and monitor risks in real time to the business. Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge data solutions (models and strategies), taking complex problems and building frameworks. Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets. Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization. Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data. Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships. Analyze customer journeys to identify ways of curtailing risk and improving customer experience. Work with cross sectional teams to get feedback on models and strategy. Work with the senior management to develop scorecards across the lending value chain from pre-acquisition, acquisition, portfolio management, collections and recoveries for EEG vertical. Key Success Criteria Overall work experience between 4-7 years. Work experience in the lending field is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft excel. Preferably CA Graduate with relevant experience Proficiency in programming languages like R, Python, SQL and VBA is desirable. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI, Metabase etc Utilizing various models and scores for automated decision making. Flexibility to work across the value chain from data pulling, data analysis, variable creation, model building, validation and implementation. Show more Show less
