About Us We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering 360° marketing solutions to brands across industries. We specialize in performance marketing, social media, website development, content creation, and more. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on ROI, CPC, and ROAS, and knows how to scale campaigns with precision and creativity. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others. Manage end-to-end paid media strategy and execution for multiple clients across industries. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and create actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals and messaging. Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance. Develop and present monthly/weekly campaign reports to clients, highlighting successes, learnings, and improvement plans. Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving high ROAS across digital platforms. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools (UTM, GA4, etc.). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data interpretation. Good understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization. Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb. Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of funnel building and lead generation strategies. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc. What We Offer A dynamic and creative work environment with growth opportunities.
