About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Visual Communication Designer with a strong design background and a passion for storytelling through visuals. You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling content tailored for Instagram and other social media platforms, while maintaining consistent brand aesthetics across the digital space. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute high-impact visual content for Instagram and other platforms, including reels, stories, posts, carousels, and highlights. Plan and maintain a visually appealing Instagram grid layout that aligns with brand identity. Collaborate with content strategists and social media managers to bring brand campaigns to life through design. Edit and enhance images and videos using professional tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, VN, CapCut , and other mobile editing apps. Use design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to create high-quality visual assets. Support in creating VFX or animated elements to enhance content. Maintain a content calendar and assist in scheduling/posting using social media tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in social media design, especially Instagram-first content. Strong command of design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (bonus if you know Blender or After Effects). Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.). Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing and animation/VFX. Eye for detail and aesthetics in designing modern, engaging visuals. Ability to plan and execute a cohesive Instagram visual grid layout. Knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and creative best practices. Preferred Skills: Previous agency experience is a plus. Understanding of branding, typography, and color theory. Comfortable working with short timelines and multiple design requests. Familiarity with meme culture, reels trends, and viral content formats. Show more Show less
