Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketer to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, creative testing approach, and proven experience in driving ROI-focused campaigns that scale customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels: Google Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to meet campaign goals.
  • Implement tracking (Google Tag Manager, pixels, events) and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and competitor campaigns.
  • Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining strong ROI and CPA targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities through new platforms, tools, or audience targeting techniques.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, GTM, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in campaign structure, keyword research, and audience targeting.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills for reporting.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of $10K+ (or more).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.



Nice to Have:

  • Experience with B2B or SaaS performance marketing.
  • Working knowledge of CRO, SEO basics, or email marketing funnels.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Segment.
  • Google Ads certifications.
