About the Role:
32Bit Media is hiring a smart and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Rohini, Sector 5. If you’re a fresher, intern, or have up to 3 years of experience and are passionate about performance marketing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Optimize campaigns for better results and lower cost per conversion
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Copy.ai, etc., to assist in ad creatives and strategy
• Help manage eCommerce stores and social media platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance and create weekly reports
• Stay updated with digital trends and new marketing tools

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
• Basic understanding of AI tools used in digital marketing
• Interest or experience in eCommerce marketing
• Good communication and creative thinking skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
