Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to support in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a multifaceted process with significant potential, especially for companies like ours. Your responsibilities will include managing digital marketing paid campaigns throughout the project life cycle, ensuring that campaigns align with client requirements, providing stakeholders with analytical reports on campaign performance, developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy, overseeing all digital marketing channels, and evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using various Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Additionally, you will need to stay informed about online marketing trends and keep strategies current. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing. You should thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, have proficiency in Google Ads, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and excel in collaboration. Strong analytical abilities are essential, as you will be required to measure and report on campaign performance. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra, before starting work.,
