Location : Rajkot (On-site) OR Ahmedabad(Onsite OR Remote) Type : Full-time Experience : 1–5 Years Salary : As per industry standards Incentives : Attractive performance-based incentives About the Role We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Senior BDE / BDM to spearhead our business growth initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions aligned with our offerings (web/mobile development, SaaS, AI-based products, etc.). Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → prospecting → negotiation → closing. Collaborate with internal tech and marketing teams to align business development efforts. Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking. Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and industry events (virtual/in-person). Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and calls. Client Communication: Manage interactions, presentations, and negotiations with prospects to drive successful deal closures. Market Research: Conduct analysis on market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. CRM Management: Regularly update client interactions, opportunities, and deals in our CRM software. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Performance Tracking: Consistently track sales performance and prepare timely reports for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of international sales (especially US, UK, Middle East, Australia). Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, etc.). Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in business-friendly terms. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset. Nice to Have Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM. Background in digital marketing or product-based SaaS sales.
