Job Description

· Experience: 6-8 year in field sales Location -Delhi preferred plastic polymer background Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on new business development. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: · Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory. · Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our products/services to potential clients. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries. · Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives. · Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals. · Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. · Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive. · Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospects. · Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis. · Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Requirements: · Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in new business development. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. · Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Excellent negotiation and closing skills. · Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
