Job Description

Responsibilities:


Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to identify potential companies based on predefined criteria (Industry, Revenue, Employee Size, Location, and Global Presence).

Build and maintain a structured database of target companies and prospects across verticals such as Fintech, Insurtech, LendTech and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

Perform detailed product-based market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Identify and qualify target personas and decision-makers within organizations (CXOs, VPs, Directors, etc.).

Utilize B2B platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (DiscoverOrg), Jigsaw, Hoovers, Apollo, and others for prospecting and lead enrichment.

Work with Sales CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, update, and maintain lead data and activity logs.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team And Sales Team for campaign execution

Prepare segmented contact lists for email marketing.

Support weekly/monthly email outreach and performance tracking.

Assist in organizing webinars or virtual events by identifying invitees and follow-up strategies.

Analyze and present findings and insights in reports or presentations to support go-to-market strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to inform strategic decisions.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

Total Experiene of 2+ years into market and industry research.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in secondary market research; primary research experience is a strong advantage.

Background in the IT services or technology consulting industry is preferred.

Proficiency in extracting contacts and insights via LinkedIn and other B2B intelligence tools is essential.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
