Proficient in tools like Excel, Zoho Analytics, BI dashboards, and Salesforce. Able to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business owners. Understands how different functions interact e.g., how product changes affect sales or how marketing campaigns tie back to user behavior. Tech background with a solid grasp of how digital systems and processes work. Excellent communication skills both in presenting data and collaborating across functions.

You will source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and own the entire recruitment process.
