Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HR IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR information systems (HRIS) and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role requires a blend of HR expertise and IT proficiency to support our HR operations, enhance employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Managing and leading project independently in the areas of HR Business Process Digital Transformation. Drive the process automation and digitalization initiatives for HR. End-to-end implementations and support, including project management, requirement gathering, analysis, business process engineering, functional and technical design, testing, security, and change management. Lead initiatives to automate and digitalize HR processes, reducing manual tasks and improving accuracy. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS and other HR-related software. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure systems meet organizational needs and compliance requirements. Manage data integrity, security, and privacy within HR systems. Develop and implement HR technology strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users. Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making. Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices. Lead HR IT projects and initiatives from conception to completion. Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in HRIS management and HR technology. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Proficiency in HR software Experience with automation tools and digital transformation projects. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HRIS or related technologies. Show more Show less
