We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the HR function across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will involve managing and analyzing key HR metrics, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing strategic HR support to our operations. You will work closely with senior management, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize our workforce and drive organizational performance. Contribute in fostering a culture of openness, collaboration, and ownership under PACT guidelines to propel the organisation from being good to great.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR, specifically within a manufacturing
environment.
○ Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR compliance.
○ Experience managing multiple sites, including plants with varying headcounts.
○ Expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio)
for deriving insights from HR data and preparing reports and presentations.
○ Solid understanding of labor compliance in the manufacturing sector and the ability to
ensure adherence to regulations.
