Duration: 3 Months (With possibility of extension to full time based on performance)


Working Hours: Flexible (5–6 Hours/Day)


Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Stipend: 5K To 10K

About The Role 


We are seeking motivated and ambitious Management Interns to join our dynamic team. The internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, Marketing, Strategy, and Business Operations. Interns will contribute to real-world projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop essential skills for a successful corporate career.



Key Responsibilities


1. HR & Talent Management


Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Help manage job postings, internship applications, and interview coordination.

Support onboarding and documentation processes.

Contribute to HR analytics, reporting, and engagement tracking.

2. Social Media & Employer Branding


Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.

Promote company culture, student success stories, and digital initiatives.

Analyze post engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

3. Marketing & Business Growth Collaboration


Coordinate with marketing teams for event promotions, campaigns, and webinars.

Participate in strategy discussions for brand awareness and PR efforts.

Help organize and promote digital events to increase company visibility.

4. Leadership & People Skills Development


Work closely with cross-functional teams on diverse projects.

Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Participate in leadership workshops, team-building activities, and review sessions.

5. HR Technology & Analytics


Gain exposure to tools like ATS, HRMS, and Google Workspace.

Learn to implement HR dashboards and automation for basic HR operations.

Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback for improvement insights.



Requirements


Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, creativity, and a learning mindset.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools is a plus.

Passionate about human resources, strategy, and digital learning.
