As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the engine of our growth, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients who can benefit from our expertise in media and news hype, press conferences, podcasts, TV interviews, and other high-profile media opportunities. Target Clients: Your primary focus will be on identifying and connecting with: Entrepreneurs and Business Owners: Individuals and companies seeking to elevate their brand, secure funding, or launch new products through strategic media exposure. Celebrities and Public Figures: Personalities looking to manage their public image, promote new projects, or increase their media presence. Industry Leaders and Influencers: Experts and visionaries who want to share their knowledge and insights with a wider audience through media appearances. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online directories, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), industry events, and referrals. Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with potential clients via email, phone, and social media. Client Qualification: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the client's goals, challenges, and media needs, and determine if our services are a good fit. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a robust CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track all leads, communications, and sales activities. Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, news, and competitor activities to inform your lead generation strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with our PR and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales process. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the PR, marketing, or digital media industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile individuals. Strong research and analytical skills, with a knack for identifying high-potential leads. A "hunter" mentality with a persistent and proactive approach to sales. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. A solid understanding of the public relations, media, and digital marketing landscape. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
