Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through various channels, and maintaining a database of prospective clients. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media to engage potential clients. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into deals and preparing regular reports on lead generation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Networking
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
