Job Description

About the job HR manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including HRMS, payroll systems, performance management system and Applicant Tracking Systems. Responsibilities Recruitment (50%), Hr Operations (30%), Employee Engagement (10%), Employee Branding (10%) Set objectives for the HR team and track progress Incorporate performance management system Define KPI’s for performance review and appraisals Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs based on the organisation’s annual operating plans Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals Organize continues learning and development programs for the teams Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner Drive regular employee engagement and retention efforts Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies Encourage employee participation and contribution to the growth and well-being of the business. Requirements and Skills Proven 3+ years of work experience as a HR Manager or similar role Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, PMS and ATS) Excellent communication abilities Leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and high-growth work environment Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management.
