HR Executive

Role Description

Responsibilities

Own the entire employee lifecycle – onboarding, confirmation, engagement, and exit
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance
Manage attendance, leave, and HRIS system
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance team
Handle employment letters, contracts, and policy communication
Drive employee engagement initiatives like monthly town halls, learning clubs, team outings, wellness programs
Promote a values-driven culture of respect, accountability, and empathy
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and ensure a safe and inclusive workplace
Enable rituals that foster trust – like 1:1s, gratitude shoutouts, and peer awards
Support annual performance conversations (not just appraisals!)
Collaborate with managers to create role clarity, goals, and growth roadmaps
Assist in identifying L&D needs and sourcing relevant training
Coordinate interviews, drive candidate experience, and close documentation
Manage internship and campus engagement programs
Keep track of hiring metrics and ensure fast, efficient closure of roles

Qualifications

2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech/product company
Solid understanding of modern HR practices, tools, and labor regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter mindset — willing to build things from scratch
Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement
Ability to coordinate training and development programs
Experience in a managerial role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
