Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource operations at Bytepaper. This role will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, policy development, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring a productive and positive work culture aligned with Bytepaper’s goals. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingCoordinate with team leads to understand hiring needs and job profiles. Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts. Lead employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. HR OperationsMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with company culture and compliance. Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and other day-to-day HR tasks. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, ESIC, etc.). Performance ManagementWork with department heads to set KPIs and performance review cycles. Assist in implementing appraisal systems and career development programs. Track employee performance and support training & development needs. Employee Engagement & CultureOrganize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and internal communication. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a culture of transparency, feedback, and innovation. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and suggest relevant training programs. Create career growth plans and leadership development initiatives. HR Technology & AnalyticsMaintain HR records and employee database using HR software. Generate HR reports and dashboards for management. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a proactive and structured approach. Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms.
