Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving our digital growth by optimizing SEO, enhancing digital presence, and executing data-driven strategies that expand our reach, grow our audience, and improve user acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Growth Strategy & Planning: Design and implement growth strategies focused on topic and category expansion to drive business growth and revenue.
- Business & Revenue Growth Planning: Identify and implement new opportunities for revenue generation and audience engagement.
- Social Media & Content Syndication: Create and execute strategies to increase reach and engagement via social media and external content platforms.
- Email Marketing & Newsletters: Plan, design, and manage email campaigns and newsletters to drive user engagement and lead nurturing.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with tech and content teams to implement SEO and growth recommendations and ensure timely execution of strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on business goals and ensure execution of joint growth initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously track and evaluate competitors’ SEO and growth strategies to inform and adapt our own efforts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Organic traffic growth and search engine ranking improvements.
- Conversion rate optimization across key landing pages.
- ROI on SEO and email marketing campaigns.
- Monthly and quarterly acquisition and retention targets.
- Bounce rate, time-on-site, and other engagement metrics.
- Newsletter open rates and click-through rates.
- Lead generation and funnel performance metrics.
Skill Set Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar growth-focused digital role.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Expertise in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Experience with content management systems, especially WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in SEO or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
