The Global Compensation team is responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the organization's goals and market trends. The team manages salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and benefits programs across different regions, ensuring consistency and competitiveness. Additionally, the Compensation team ensures compliance with local and international labor laws, conducts market analysis and benchmarking, and oversees annual compensation processes. The team also supports executive compensation plans, communicates compensation policies to employees, and collaborates with regional HR teams and the business to maintain alignment and consistency in compensation practices globally. This position will play a supportive role in the global administration of employee salary planning programs and market pricing analyses. You will assist the Global Compensation team in the administration of base salary, bonus and executive compensation programs; participate in the compensation analysis in different regions; support various compensation projects including market pricing, survey participation, apprentice and graduates’ program, and other special projects as assigned. Global Compensation Analyst Duties And Responsibilities Salary Administration Managing salary structures, bonuses, and incentives to ensure competitiveness and consistency. Annual Compensation Processes Overseeing annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus distributions. Participate in salary surveys globally, perform survey job mapping. Assist in updating salary structures and researching market trends. Calculate starting salaries for apprentice/graduates; salary adjustments based on NMW/RLW UK government requirements. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyzing compensation data to provide insights and support decision-making. Market Analysis and Benchmarking Conducting regular market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages. Monitor Service Now queue and resolve compensation tickets. Participate and support compensation projects. Partner with payroll to process, track and audit bonus payments. System Management Managing compensation-related systems and tools for accurate data and efficient processes. Involvement in other ad-hoc tasks supporting team members and compensation managers. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Human Resources or Accounting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical and numerical skills and attention to details. Process-oriented with an ability to see how details can affect the larger outcome. Ability to manipulate, summarize and analyze large amounts of data from a variety of sources. Ability, to protect and maintain the confidentiality of Human Resources and Company information. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially advanced Excel skills. Previous experience in HR/Compensation is a plus but not needed.
