Role Description: Full Stack Developer (On-Site, Full-Time)

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable 

  web applications

   and 

  mobile backends

• Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks)
• Develop robust and maintainable server-side logic and APIs (RESTful or GraphQL)
• Manage and optimize databases, both relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB)
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability
• Oversee and coordinate development activities across 

  iOS and Android

   platforms to ensure cross-platform consistency
• Ensure adherence to 

  security best practices

  , code quality, and industry standards
• Collaborate in 

  agile/scrum development environments

  , participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Write technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Computer Science

  , Software Engineering, or a related field

• 5 years

   of professional experience in full stack web development
• Proficiency in 

  JavaScript/TypeScript

   (Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience with 

  backend frameworks

   such as Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of 

  HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS

  , and responsive design principles
• Hands-on experience with 

  MongoDB

  , 

  PostgreSQL

  , or 

  MySQL

• Understanding of 

  CI/CD pipelines

  , Git version control, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to supervise and coordinate 

  mobile application development

   teams for iOS and Android
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in team environments

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with mobile development frameworks such as 

  React Native

   or 

  Flutter

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (

  Docker, Kubernetes

  )
• Exposure to 

  DevOps practices
