Our team offers services in cloud security, web and mobile security testing, cloud security assessment, and more. We take a proactive approach to security, continuously monitoring and testing clients' digital environments to identify vulnerabilities. Role Description We are seeking a Voice SIP Engineer with hands-on experience supporting large-scale VoIP/SIP networks and contact center infrastructures . The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing SIP call delivery , session management systems , and voice routing architecture , including Oracle SBCs. The ideal candidate will have experience with packet-level troubleshooting , scripting for automation, and voice cloud integrations. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Session Border Controllers and session routers Support and optimize Session Management Systems (SMS) in a Contact Center environment Troubleshoot and analyze SIP call flows using tools like Wireshark , NetScout , Observer , or Enterprise Operations Monitor Support the infrastructure for VoIP/SIP delivery in high-volume contact centers Automate voice infrastructure tasks using PowerShell , Python , or JavaScript Contribute to system scalability, resilience, and performance optimization Develop and maintain software-defined infrastructure in CI/CD pipelines Collaborate on voice integration with cloud services Required Skills and Experience 4+ years of experience installing and maintaining Oracle SBCs (session routers, transport, registration) 4+ years of experience with SIP/VoIP network troubleshooting 4+ years supporting large contact center environments Proficiency with SIP trace analysis and packet capture tools Experience supporting Session Management Systems Hands-on scripting with Python , PowerShell , or JavaScript Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline development and infrastructure-as-code practices Understanding of voice integration with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Genesys Cloud, Twilio) Nice to Have Experience with cloud telephony , SIP trunking to cloud platforms Exposure to automated voice testing or synthetic monitoring solutions Familiarity with Agile methodologies or DevOps practices Show more Show less
