Products like Fusion, DealFast, and SignPilot are already trusted across major organisations, and now we need a highly capable engineer to help elevate our platform's scale, performance, and delivery.

The Role

As a key engineering team member, you'll build highly interactive, performant, and secure applications. You'll partner with designers, backend engineers, and operations to own features endâtoâend â from UI to database to deployment pipelines. You'll help us grow from a scrappy, fast-iteration to an enterprise-ready reliability.

What You'll Do

Frontend Development: Build and maintain React components using TypeScript â ensure responsive, accessible, and maintainable UI.
Backend Integration: Work with PostgreSQL databases â write schema migrations, optimise queries, and help enforce data integrity.
DevOps & Deployment: Own CI/CD pipeline improvementsâautomate builds, tests, container deployments, and lead on Docker/Kubernetes tasks or serverless setups.
EndâtoâEnd Ownership: Collaborate across backend, design, QA, and product to ship features smoothly and resolve issues in production.
Performance & Security: Tune performance (frontend load times, DB indexes) and support data security compliance initiatives.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code; participate in peer reviews, automated testing, and documentation.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers â learn, contribute, and coach colleagues as we scale.
Agile Execution: Engage in sprint planning, demos, retros, and bring proactive ideas to improve processes continuously.

You're a Great Fit If You...

Have 4â5 years of building productionâgrade web apps using React + TypeScript, with strong component architecture knowledge.
Are skilled with PostgreSQL â you've written migrations, optimised queries, and built relational schemas.
Understand deployment practices â have set up or maintained CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.), containerised apps (Docker), or worked with Kubernetes/serverless.
Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about owning features end-to-end.
Care about application performance, load times, and user experience.
Bring strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Are excited to elevate your craft and start coaching more junior engineers.
Bonus: Experience with UI libraries (Material-UI, Chakra UI), CSS-in-JS (styled-components, Emotion), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Bonus: Familiarity with compliance/security processes, test frameworks (Jest, Cypress), and infra-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
