Job Title: AI Engineer Location: Work From Office | 5 Days a Week Company: Kale Logistics About the Role: Kale Logistics is looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the development of next-generation Generative AI and Agentic AI applications. You will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that integrate with web-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems in logistics and supply chain. Must-Have Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from IIT/NIT/BITS or an equivalent top-tier institute. Languages: Proficiency in Python and its frameworks. Frameworks/Tools: Hands-on experience with any of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Hugging Face, CrewAI OpenAI APIs, PyTorch, TensorFlow Core Skills: AI/ML fundamentals, algorithms, data preprocessing techniques Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models Nice to Have: Exposure to MLOps tools and practices Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy scalable AI-powered applications using Python. Leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, CrewAI, and others to build robust AI solutions. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration of AI models with applications. Program and fine-tune models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenAI APIs. Work on data preparation, model deployment, and optimization workflows. Apply MLOps practices for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX/UI teams to align AI solutions with business goals. Research, experiment, and deploy emerging AI technologies into practical applications. Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and support deployments in collaboration with operations teams. Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI-driven applications in the cloud environment. Soft Skills: Passionate about AI, Generative AI, and new technologies. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
