Here's a comprehensive job description: Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Solar Rooftop) Location: Chandanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500050 Reporting to: Excutive Director Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and increase customer acquisition for our solar rooftop solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the solar industry, a data-driven approach, and expertise in various digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning: * Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and sales goals for solar rooftop installations. * Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights specific to the solar industry (residential, commercial, industrial). * Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all digital marketing activities and establish clear targets. * Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget across various channels to ensure maximum ROI. 2. Lead Generation & Conversion: * Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for relevant solar keywords, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. * Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and social media advertising (Meta Ads - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and bid management. * Content Marketing: Develop and oversee content strategies, including blog posts, articles, case studies, infographics, videos, and website content, tailored to educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our solutions. * Email Marketing: Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and promotions, including audience segmentation and automation. * Website Management & Optimization: Manage the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimized for conversions, and reflects the latest brand messaging and product offerings. Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies. * Lead Magnet Development: Create compelling lead magnets (e.g., solar savings calculators, guides, checklists) to capture leads. 3. Social Media Management: * Develop and manage the company's social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), including content calendars, scheduling, community management, and paid social campaigns. * Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries to build brand loyalty and trust. * Monitor social media trends and competitor activities in the solar sector. 4. Analytics & Reporting: * Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific insights. * Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, ROI, and actionable insights for optimization. * Identify trends and insights, and continuously adjust strategies to improve performance. 5. Brand Management & Communication: * Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels. * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) and external partners (designers, content creators, agencies) to create compelling marketing materials and ensure alignment. * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and competitor activities within the renewable energy sector. Qualifications:  * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  * 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or home improvement industries.  * Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.  * Hands-on experience with Google Ads (search, display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).  * Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).  * Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.  * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  * Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.  * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.  * Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):  * Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.  * Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).  * Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer behavior in the solar sector.
