Experience required: 5-9 yearsWork From Office- Rajasthan, JaipurNotice period should be < 45 daysStrong expertise required in Kubernetes Docker CI/CD Pipelines scripting in bash or shell SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to oversee and manage our development, deployment, and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our systems while fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines for seamless deployments. Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Monitoring & Alerting: Implement and manage robust monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. Cloud Management: Optimize and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Security Compliance: Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and audit standards. Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps practices into the SDLC.Performance Optimization: Identify and address bottlenecks in the infrastructure and application environments.Disaster Recovery: Develop and manage backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles.Expertise in managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, etc.).Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.Knowledge of security best practices and tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred SkillsExperience with serverless architectures.Knowledge of database management and optimization (SQL, NoSQL).Certification in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes is a plus.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
