Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Finance Operations) Location: Vijayawada Core Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Generate and dispatch invoices promptly after course enrollment Verify accuracy of student/payment details before invoicing Payment Collection & Tracking: Ensure payments are received exclusively in official Codegnan bank accounts Track payments via UPI, bank transfers, and online gateways (Razorpay/Instamojo) Reconcile daily transactions with bank records Payment Follow-ups: Proactively contact students with pending fees via call/email/SMS Maintain a tracker of due payments and escalate delays to the Ops Head Financial Compliance: Adhere to GST-compliant invoicing practices Assist in preparing payment reports for finance audits Customer Query Resolution: Address payment-related queries from students/parents in Telugu/English. Guide students on payment methods and deadlines. Must-Have Requirements Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of invoicing, payment reconciliation, and GST basics. Tech Proficiency: Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and billing software. Language Skills: Fluent Telugu (spoken/written) + working English. Proactive Approach: Self-driven with a sense of ownership in payment recovery.
