Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups Clearly communicate the value of Codegnan’s training programs to potential students and clients Maintain positive relationships with leads and existing customers Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process Track and manage sales metrics to meet individual and team targets Collaborate with marketing and training teams to align sales strategies Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction and retention Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience in EdTech or the education/training sector is a plus Job Benefits: Opportunity to work with a mission-driven EdTech company Professional growth and training opportunities Energetic and collaborative work environment
