we are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our marketing team and enhance our customer
engagement strategies.
As a CRM Specialist at Cureskin, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement,
retention, and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns using the CleverTap platform.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven marketing strategies
that enhance customer experiences and contribute to the brand's growth. Your expertise in
CleverTap's capabilities will be instrumental in delivering personalized, timely, and relevant
messaging to our customers.
● CleverTap Campaign Management: Design, develop, and execute CleverTap
marketing campaigns across various channels, including push notifications, in-app
messaging, emails, SMS, and more.
● Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize CleverTap's segmentation capabilities to
create highly targeted customer segments based on demographics, behaviors,
preferences, and purchase history.
● Automation and Workflows: Set up automated workflows to engage customers at
different stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, re-engagement,
upsell, and post-purchase follow-ups.
● A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B tests to continuously improve
campaign performance, analyzing results and making data-driven recommendations
to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
● Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, customer
behavior, and engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and development
teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user experiences across all
communication touchpoints.
● CleverTap Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with CleverTap's latest features,
updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the brand's
marketing efforts.
● Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports and provide insights to
management on campaign performance, customer engagement, and retention
metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
● Proven experience (3+ years) as a CleverTap Specialist or similar role, preferably
within a D2C brand or e-commerce environment.
● Proficiency in working with CleverTap or similar marketing automation platforms.
● Strong understanding of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and
personalization strategies.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-
driven decisions.
● Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
● Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced
environment.
