Developing and executing CRM strategies
Handling customer communication and issue resolution
Overseeing CRM operations and project coordination
Ensuring smooth documentation and post-sales process
Collaborating closely with Sales, Project Management, and Handover teams
Driving client retention and collection targets

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in
Real Estate (Developer Side)
Strong Customer Relationship Management
