Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management Executive to

join our team. This role will be focused on monitoring, managing, and enhancing the company’s online

reputation across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to

customer reviews, monitoring brand sentiment, and supporting ORM strategies to ensure the brand

maintains a positive image online.


Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor Online Presence: Regularly track brand mentions on social media platforms, review

sites, and other online forums to monitor sentiment and identify areas of concern or praise.

● Customer Feedback Management: Respond to customer reviews and comments in a timely

and professional manner. Ensure that both positive and negative feedback are acknowledged

and addressed according to the company’s guidelines.

● Content Monitoring: Keep an eye on brand-related content across the web, ensuring that it

reflects the company’s values and messaging. Identify and escalate any negative content or

potential reputation threats.

● Proactive Reputation Building: Assist in implementing strategies to improve the brand’s image

online, including fostering positive customer reviews and testimonials.

● Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to online reputation,

such as review sentiment, response times, and overall brand perception. Provide regular

updates to the ORM Manager and other relevant teams.

● Crisis Support: Assist in managing reputational risks by identifying negative trends and

working

with senior team members to address them.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and PR teams to ensure

consistency in the company’s messaging and help drive positive online conversations.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

● 1-2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, or

Digital

Marketing.

● Familiarity with ORM tools (e.g., Google Alerts, LocoBuzz, Hootsuite) and basic social media

platforms.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a

professional and empathetic manner.

● Ability to analyze online sentiment and generate actionable insights.

● Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on maintaining a positive brand image.

● Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

● Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

● Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
