Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to partner with senior leadership in driving operational excellence, growth, and transformation across our healthcare organization. This high-impact role will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Healthcare Operations & Process Optimization , Project Management , Strategic Growth , Digital Transformation , Stakeholder Management , and Market Consulting . The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor, execution leader, and connector across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Healthcare Operations & Process Optimization Evaluate and streamline healthcare delivery processes to enhance efficiency, patient outcomes, and cost-effectiveness. Drive operational improvements through LEAN/Six Sigma or similar methodologies. Lead cross-functional task forces to solve systemic operational challenges. 2. Project Management & Coordination Oversee strategic initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Establish PMO best practices, reporting cadence, and risk mitigation frameworks. Support department heads in resource planning, milestone tracking, and governance. 3. Strategic Growth & Collaborations Support C-level leadership in identifying and executing new growth opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures. Conduct strategic assessments, competitive benchmarking, and business case development. Foster academic, public health, payer, and industry collaborations to support clinical and commercial expansion. 4. Digital Transformation Collaborate with IT and clinical leaders to implement digital health solutions (e.g., EMR enhancements, telehealth, AI/analytics tools). Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure alignment between technology investments and operational needs. Lead adoption strategies and change management across clinical and administrative teams. 5. Stakeholder Management Act as a central point of contact between executive leadership and key internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate board and executive communications, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency. Lead the preparation of strategic materials for town halls, board meetings, investor updates, and executive forums. 6. Market Analysis & Consulting Provide thought leadership and market intelligence to inform strategy and investment decisions. Analyze healthcare trends, regulatory shifts, reimbursement models, and competitive dynamics. Deliver strategic consulting support for enterprise-wide initiatives, service line growth, and geographic expansion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting, hospital/health system operations, or corporate strategy roles. Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex healthcare initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in healthcare process improvement, project leadership, and strategic planning.
