We are looking to add to our team of thinkers, innovators and doers and would love to have you join us at the Pune, India office and build the future of on-demand robotics logistics solutions Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to the CTO and facilitate communication with various technical teams and stakeholders , Maintain and manage relevant technical databases. Maintain and manage technical files and records in an organized manner. Support and assist the CTO and administrative department in strategic direction making. Ensure compliance of corporate guidelines in technical administrative assistant functions. Collaborate with the CTO to establish and convey staffing and development strategies, as well as to come up with new projects and ideas. Collaborate closely with business teams to improve efficiency and productivity. Promote a unified strategy that is in line with Change Management tasks like communication planning, training, and stakeholder management. As required, monitor, assess, and report technology performance based on OKRs, project objectives, and change activities. Stand in and be the single point of contact when the CTO is traveling or is otherwise occupied Create messages and communication guidelines that are succinct, captivating, and efficient for a variety of situations, including board meetings, strategy reviews, partner meetings, etc. Knowledge of managing strategic initiatives that shape long-term roadmaps. Identify context quickly and create a prioritized plan for resolution to contribute to complex and time-sensitive tasks. Support vendor coordination for office services (maintenance, housekeeping, courier, etc.). Assist in booking travel, accommodation, and preparing itineraries for employees.
