Business Development Manager

Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts, forge client relationships, and grow our footprint in the tech and digital services industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (App Development, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, etc.). Pitch Techeon’s services to potential clients through presentations, calls, emails, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare proposals, quotations, and client agreements with support from the pre-sales team. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, design) to deliver customized solutions. Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or digital services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Strong understanding of tech services (apps, websites, digital marketing, SaaS, etc.). Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams. Bonus Points If You Have Experience working with startups, SaaS products, or digital transformation projects. A network of clients in education, healthcare, retail, or startup ecosystems.
