Job Description

Dynamic and versatile professional to drive presales, business development, and marketing initiatives for our growing organization. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales with strategic proposals, and creating a strong brand presence through integrated marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, customer engagement, solution positioning, and content-driven marketing skills. Responsibilities 1. Presales Support • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create tailored proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses. • Analyze client requirements and develop solution presentations, pricing models, and technical documents. • Create pitch decks, case studies, capability presentations, and demos to support client acquisition. • Support solutioning discussions and participate in client meetings to present capabilities and value proposition. 2. Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets through market research and lead generation. • Build a qualified sales pipeline via outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, and events. • Nurture client relationships to convert leads into long-term business engagements. • Work closely with delivery and technical teams to align client needs with service offerings. 3. Marketing & Brand Building • Design and execute B2B marketing strategies across digital, event, and partner channels. • Create marketing collaterals, whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership content. • Manage the company’s online presence including website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. • Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for marketing campaigns, SEO, and branding activities. Qualifications • 5-10 years of relevant experience in presales, business development, and/or B2B marketing roles. • Strong understanding of solution selling in technical services, IT, engineering, or consulting domains. • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience in using CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot), marketing automation, and digital analytics platforms. • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to multitask across functions.
