About the Role:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

🔹

Business Process Design & Workflow Automation

  • Map, document, and optimise the end-to-end client journey for visa application categories (e.g., partner, parent, GSM).
  • Analyse existing processes and propose improvements using automation platforms or CRM tools.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, automation flows, and service delivery models.

CRM Configuration & Customisation

  • Customise and manage the CRM system (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) to reflect visa pipelines, client stages, and lead priorities.
  • Set up automated lead capture, follow-up sequences, reminders, and task management workflows.
  • Create and maintain structured deal pipelines, tags, fields, and templates for email and SMS engagement.

Lead Management & Nurturing

  • Design digital funnels and lead management strategies to improve conversion from social media, website, and referrals.
  • Implement segmentation, scoring, and nurturing automations for warm, cold, and reactivated leads.
  • Track campaign and lead source performance and report on ROI and pipeline health.

Client Engagement & Communication Workflows

  • Build systems to support high-touch client service, including appointment reminders, onboarding journeys, and visa stage updates.
  • Introduce automation tools to reduce manual admin while improving transparency for clients.
  • Integrate email, SMS, or portal-based updates as needed for a seamless experience.

Technology Evaluation & Digital Strategy

  • Evaluate CRM and workflow tools beyond Zoho and propose alternatives that better suit evolving needs.
  • Lead implementation and migration (if necessary) from one platform to another, with minimal disruption.
  • Provide training or documentation to help the team adopt new tools or features.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

    (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience

    in business analysis, CRM management, or workflow automation.
  • Experience with one or more CRM or business process automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Monday.com, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ClickUp).
  • Strong understanding of digital lead funnels, sales pipelines, and client service delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
  • Bonus: Prior exposure to immigration or professional services industries.
