About the Role

As our Data Analyst, you will be the storyteller behind our numbers. You will dive deep into viewer behavior, content performance, and user acquisition data to uncover the insights that will shape our product, content, and marketing strategies. This isn't just a reporting role; you will be a critical thought partner, translating raw data into actionable recommendations that directly influence our growth and success.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze & Interpret: Develop and implement analyses to understand user behavior, content engagement, and subscription trends.
• Tell the Story: Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build & Maintain: Design, build, and maintain core dashboards and reports in tools like Metabase to provide the team with real-time insights.
• Model & Predict: Utilize statistical methods and data modeling to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and predict content success.
• Drive Decisions: Collaborate closely with product, content, and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations that guide strategy and day-to-day decisions.
• Own the Data: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by developing and owning the processes for data collection and management.

Who You Are

✅ A Numbers Whiz: You have a strong foundation in data analytics, statistics, and data modeling.

✅ Technically Skilled: Proficient with SQL and experience with a data visualization tool like Metabase/Redash.

✅ Problem Solver: You have sharp analytical skills and a natural curiosity that drives you to ask the right questions and dig deep for answers.
