About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic
Business Analyst & Business Development Executive
who can blend strong analytical thinking with excellent business communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—
analyzing data-driven insights
and
driving business growth through client interactions, presentations, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and internal performance data to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Interpret data sets and deliver actionable insights for sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams for process improvement recommendations.
- Drafting BRD & FRD documents for client acquisition for all technical & non-technical projects
- Ensuring the requirements are handed over to the development team in proper formats
- Ensuring the client gets timely updates on the projects and their timelines.
Business Development
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline), give impactful presentations, and explain services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Participate in proposal writing, pricing strategies, and negotiation discussions.
Client Communication & Presentations
- Present data, strategies, and proposals clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Schedule, prepare, and conduct business meetings to pitch solutions and services.
- Handle objections and queries effectively on calls or during meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update CRM systems.
Key Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication (English & Hindi) for both calls and meetings.
- Confidence in client calling, cold calling, and managing outbound sales campaigns.
- Excellent presentation and pitch delivery skills – ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
- Good understanding of market research, lead generation, funnel management, and B2B sales.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Development.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is a must.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
