Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female, age between 30 to 35 years
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations
• Confident in handling internal teams and external clients
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
  

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll & Compliance: Handle end-to-end payroll, salary processing, and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC)
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, employee joining, and orientation process
• HR Policies & Administration: Develop and implement company policies and ensure adherence
• Employee Relations: Address grievances, ensure smooth conflict resolution, and support employee welfare
• Client Coordination: Communicate professionally with clients regarding manpower needs, resource deployment, and HR-related deliverables
• HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, prepare HR letters, and manage reports/documentation using MS Word & Excel
• Performance & Development: Assist in performance evaluations, training plans, and employee engagement programs
• Team Coordination: Work closely with other departments and support leadership in strategic HR planning
  

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of HR operations, client communication, and compliance
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information
