Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Vijayawada. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. scalable server-side applications, managing databases, and integrating third-party services such as payments and geolocation APIs. The role involves close collaboration with frontend developers, DevOps, and the product team to ensure a secure, efficient, and high-performing system.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) or Python
• Experience or projects in Software Development and Programming
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development to facilitate seamless collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Experience with database management and server-side applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, or Django/Flask

•Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB

•Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and microservices architecture

•Familiarity with AWS/GCP services and deployment practices

•Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

•Good communication and problem-solving skills

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Previous experience working on ride-hailing, travel, or logistics platforms is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js, Python, or Java.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and database structures.

• Ensure application security and data protection.

• Work with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deployment and scaling.

• Optimize database queries and backend performance.

• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate systems.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for mobile and web apps

•Design and implement backend logic for user, trip, and payment management

•Integrate third-party services: Google Maps, Stripe/Razorpay, Firebase

•Manage scalable databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and optimize queries

•Implement secure authentication (OAuth2/Firebase Auth)

•Collaborate with frontend developers to define API requirements

•Monitor, debug, and improve backend performance and scalability

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

Requirements:

Complete knowledge of App development

• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, Java, or similar backend technologies.

• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.

• Familiarity with authentication (OAuth, JWT) and security best practices.

• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
