Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Engineer, located in Mumbai. The Audio Visual Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining audio-visual systems. Daily tasks include setting up and operating audio-visual equipment for various events, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with team members to ensure the seamless operation of AV systems. The role also involves providing training and support to users and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on AV technologies.

🔧 Position: Audio Visual Engineer (AV Engineer)

📍 Locations:

• Mumbai (13 Positions)
• Pune (3 Positions)
• Chennai (1 Position)

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems across corporate environments.
• Install and integrate AV equipment: projectors, displays, video walls, microphones, speakers & control systems.
• Configure hardware/software, calibrate systems, and ensure optimal performance.
• Daily system pre-testing and checklist reporting before office hours.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV incidents (P3/P4 level faults), coordinate with vendors for escalations.
• Generate log reports from VC endpoints & infrastructure.
• Monitor platforms like PEXIP daily; proactively identify & address issues.
• Provide on-site & remote support, user training, and coordinate with local and distributed teams.
• Schedule and support VC sessions across Pexip, MS Teams, Teams Events, Zoom, Webex, etc.

💡 Skills & Experience Required:

• 1–2 years of industry experience in Pro AV systems integration and support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco, Polycom, QSC, Kramer, Crestron, Xilica, and Sennheiser.
• Familiarity with FreshWorks (ITSM tool) for IT operations.
• Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, VLANs, etc.).
• Excellent grasp of signal flow and cable management (HDMI, SDI, VGA, Fiber).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
